New in Shop this Week

>> Friday, November 6, 2009

One of the things I've long wanted to do is to try to improve my ability to take photographs on my jewelry for my shop. This week, I had time to get a little more creative than I've been in the past. I wracked my brain, hunted and sorted through all the tchotchkes around my house and found some interesting things to use as photo props. Here's the result:

Anyway, its a nice almost-warm, almost-winter day. So, I'm off to run errands and have a lunch with one of my friends.

Happy Friday!

About This Blog

It first started as a way to share the inspiration behind my beaded jewelry creations with family and friends. Next thing you know, this blog became a hobby on steroids--complete with a logo!

In my not-so-virtual-reality, I'm a freelance technical and marketing communications consultant who spends her time doing geeky things in the high-tech industry. But on my little blog here, I write about indie fashion and jewelry (mine and others). And if the kitchen's been good to me...I might even throw in an occasional recipe.

Please note that blogging is my hobby and all content on my blog is selected by me. My posts are NOT in any way affiliated with, related to, or endorsed by Etsy.com.
