Weekly Contributor on Posh Mama: Jewelry! Jewelry! Jewelry!

As a new weekly contributor at the Posh Mama Online Magazine (www.poshmama.com), Posh Mama is going to help me take the Friday Findings column that I've been publishing on my Capitola Girl Jewelry blog to the next level, by featuring my weekly blog column on the womens-only social network, Posh Mama Online Magazine.

Each week, I'll be on the hunt for fabulous indie jewelry finds to feature in my showcases. Would you like to see your jewelry featured on the Posh Mama site? Or, maybe even participate as a Giveaway Sponsor: If so, submit your jewelry creations to me! Each week, the featured artists will have their work featured on both Capitola Girl and Posh Mama.

How to Submit Your Work for Features

If you are interested in submitting your work for consideration for a future column, here is the criteria:

(1) You must have a website or online shop where your jewelry is available for purchase.

(2) Your images must be clear, taken in good lighting, and in a resolution that displays favorably on the web.

(3) One of a kind items are acceptable. However, because your item has the potential to be viewed by a larger audience, it is preferred that you have multiples in stock (or at least the ability to make more, should you get some Posh Mama buyers).

(4) To submit your jewelry for consideration for a future column, please email your shop URL to me at:

Topics will be selected in advance, and if you have a piece that works well with the topic, I will contact you to obtain the appropriate permissions to use your photos.

How to Sponsor a Giveaway

I am also looking for jewelry artists who are interested in being Giveaway Sponsors, so that we can incorporate giveaways into the column. If you are interested in sponsoring a weekly giveaway, please send an email with the subject line "Sponsoring a Giveaway" to:

Sponsors will have a live link to your site on the 1st week's post, and a live link the 2nd week when the giveaway winners are announced. As an option, you may also sponsor a giveaway by providing a discount code for PM buyers. In the future, Posh Mama will have a discount area for PM members, so be sure that any discount codes that you submit to me specify an expiration date!
