Where in the World?
Marseilles,
F
rance
Today on Where in the World Wednesday, we travel to the second most populated city after Paris: Marseilles, France. Capital of the Cote de Azur and once utilized as a Greek port, I found that Marseilles had a lot to offer its tourists--lots of culture, lots of entertainment, and interesting people with gorgeous accents.
Everything from artifacts from the antiquities to World War II monuments. It also has a pretty fantastic Mediterranean climate.

Anyway, I like to share so
me of
the t
ravel photos that I took. These photos are of the Palais de Longchamp, which is an amazing building with two wings. One wing houses the Musee
des Beaux Arts and the other holds the Museum d'Histoire Naturelle.
The building itself is protected by four grand lion sculptures and artistic accents about. Built in the 1860's, I thought this little French "palais" was "tres magnifique!"
