This Week on Friday Findings:

A Bucket of Buried Treasures

It’s shaping up to be another pleasant day in California, and as is customary for folks who live near the coastline, people are waking up, slipping on their flip flops and heading out for a morning cuppa coffee. In a few minutes, the morning fog will be burned off completely and the sunshine madness will take over. Folks will leave work earlier than normal, and pile into their cars for an afternoon (or weekend trip) to the shoreline.

As you fill your bags with beach towels and sunscreen, this Friday Findings column will be showing you what else to pack for your ocean adventure. Today we bring you some extra special ocean-themed jewelry picks, because a great day at the beach isn't just about a filling a bucket with sand. It's about finding buried treasure.

About This Blog

It first started as a way to share the inspiration behind my beaded jewelry creations with family and friends. Next thing you know, this blog became a hobby on steroids--complete with a logo!

In my not-so-virtual-reality, I'm a freelance technical and marketing communications consultant who spends her time doing geeky things in the high-tech industry. But on my little blog here, I write about indie fashion and jewelry (mine and others). And if the kitchen's been good to me...I might even throw in an occasional recipe.
