The Circus Necklace
Keep the circus going inside you, keep it going, don't take anything too seriously, it'll all work out in the end.
-- David Niven
For years, Capitola Girl has spoken of joining the greatest show on earth. But joining the circus has mostly been an idle threat -- she uses it mostly when people around her are stressed. Since Capitola Girl doesn't juggle, own stilts, or ride a unicycle, she settled on creating a unique Circus Necklace instead. It features a single red coral chunk as its focal point, red and blue india glass, and red and brown african bone beads.
Now that Capitola Girl's got the circus wrapped around her neck, she has another one-of-a-kind idea for a particular ringmaster (and Capitola Girl friend), who is searching for the freshest of ideas for a team building event. Being a trapeze artist at heart, this one-horse-show would like to direct your attention to the center ring for a little-known San Francisco treat called the corporate circus event. After all, when it comes to the business of the software circus, "The show must go on!"

About This Blog

This blog first started as a way to share the inspiration behind jewelry making with family and friends. Next thing you know, my blogging became a hobby--complete with a logo!

In my not-so-virtual-reality, I'm a freelance technical and marketing communications consultant who spends her time doing geeky things in the high-tech industry. But my real fun comes from making jewelry, which you can find in my Etsy shop at: http://capitolagirl.etsy.com
