In her younger days, Capitola Girl was far from what one would call an American Hard Rocker, and yet she definitely had a handful of “rocker chick” moments. As she was deciding what to name this project, the camouflage colors kind of stumped her. Then, the jungle song popped into her head. It’s actually quite fitting a title, since Capitola Girl has been a little frustrated with someone today, and that’s basically left her feeling a wee bit like Axl Rose in the Welcome to the Jungle video today. It’s days like today where she knows its definitely time to unplug for a few hours and take solace in beading!

The Camouflage Necklace and Earring set mixes wood, glass, crystal and yellow turquoise beads -- a matinee length necklace that is actually really lovely. Sometimes life really is a jungle out there, but you gotta keep on trying to cut your way through. Although, if she had a choice, she'd much prefer wearing the jungle around her neck, than to have to live in it.
